Abstract –Economics 101 tells us that scarcity is the basis of value. In applying this universal truth, this action plan is a framework that seeks immediacy and urgency to realign value of a protected group PLANHNET52 with wealth building by home ownership.
This
action plan to end segregated housing in Apartheid America is aimed at the
content of the character of four systemically racist institutions (SRI): (i) Bond Rating Agencies, (ii) Insurance
& Re-insurance Companies, (iii) Financial Institutions (FI), and (iv) The
new FICO XD score – where housing segregation is anchored.
