WHAT
Consumer price is
on an Ad Valorem consumption fee basis also known as a per-transaction basis. Social Justice, Political Violence, and
Macroprudential Risks are being redefined and disrupted based on a geographic
per transaction basis.
Geographic
pricing is not new to Consumers. We pay a higher price to sit in Orchestra
seats (the affluent) at the concert than up in the nose bleeds (the forgotten).
In-State vs Out-of-State Tuition; Taxi/Uber zone prices; SALT Tax, Iron works;
Airline passenger seats; pharmaceuticals in Canada; hotel rates, FreshPlum,
Amazon, Staples and videogame store Steam, gasoline zone pricing, all vary
their price by geographic location some by as much as 166%.
Per transaction
pricing may be familiar to consumers in the form of sales tax on consumer goods or
services, use of ATM fees, fuel surcharges, points paid to lower your interest
rate in a real estate transaction, disposal fees, handling fees, hazardous
waste fees (ESG), filing fees, discount points, tips and gratuities, processing
fees, convenience fees, restocking fees, checkout fees, early check-in fees, interchange
fees, and credit card processing and security fees (this is us).
WHO
Scarcity is
the basis of value. Thus, necessary for the safe and efficient operation of
Ginicoe’s overriding legitimate business necessity to Reduce Income Inequality by
using Facial Recognition During Financial Transactions - there exists for
Ginicoe’s members - to actively recruit members from the scarce protected
group.

To get to a more perfect Union by way of compelling Members of The House of Representatives to actually solve their districts' problems instead of by dividing our Country and congressional districts by race. The upper chamber (The Senate) has no direct effect on gerrymandering. We must not allow these elected members a free ride for them to gerrymander congressional districts and pick us - where real justice should allow us to pick them based on policy and not race or zip codes. To reduce the income inequality gap by integrating housing we must hit our
Desirable goal to put Ginicoe out of business where every consumer has at least a 781 SoJOR. To achieve this
there must be 2 European-American houses for every 1 P52 house.

Exempt from SoJOR Housing Score
As a reminder, consumer’s housing component makes up over half, or
55% of the SoJOR. Consumers who are in the listed 'exempt' housing category
will never fall below 781. However, all consumers are encouraged to
improve their overall scores. Consumers who enjoy this Housing
exempt safeguard may opt-in and participate to help our Nation become a
more perfect union, pursuant to the guidelines above. Exempt Consumers
are still scored on the remaining 3 components: Positive Conversation, Gender,
Income.
Exemptions include:
-Tribal Lands
-Ancestral Grounds
-Farmers, including Family Farms
A family farm is exempt. It is any farm in
which the majority of the business is owned by an operator and any individuals
related to them by blood, marriage, or adoption, including relatives who do not
live in the operator’s household.
- Ranchers
A ranch is also exempt. It is by most
definitions defined as between 400 to 500 acres or more in size, and devoted
primarily to livestock (although there is some variation depending on the
region and how it's managed). In some areas, a ranch may have a specific legal
definition.
Also exempt is
-
Natural Disaster Victims due to
Fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, tsunamis, mudslides,
and similar housing and community natural disasters. Victimized consumers by State and County as designated
by FEMA are exempt for 24 months after
FEMA closes the case. (Ex: 18mo of FEMA + 24mo = 42mo) An extension to
36 or 48 months from the news coverage date may be granted on a case-by-case
basis. The maximum exemption by county will never exceed 48 months for the same
event. All victims are strongly encouraged to build back better to
improve the heavily weighted housing component of SoJOR.
Also Exempt from the Housing Component are:
- Senior Citizens age 80 or older
- Disabled Veterans
- Episodes of extreme, unusual weather or other man-made events that
create a natural environment ripe for conflict or large-scale humanitarian
crises of human migration & refugee relocation are also exempt. E.g. war,
environmental disaster, or otherwise designated by Ginicoe Management from the
time of occurrence to its reasonable conclusion.
-
Dedicated commercial property
(mixed-use is not exempt), mobile & trailer homes, group homes, on-campus
student housing, correctional facilities, military bases, health care
facilities, temporary lodging, hotels, motels, and shelters are all also exempt.
Not Exempt from your Housing Score
- Man-made Disasters – when an event organizer is granted a permit to protest, assemble, parade, rally, march, chant, sing, display slogans, sit-in, picket, demonstrate, participate in the blockade of food, medical, or political expression on land, air, or sea or technology or other forms of expression and if that organizer is racially or ethnically or religiously controversial and/or targeted against or in favor of PLAHNET52, then the reality is such that opposing demonstrators invariably will contest or clash one another.
It is that
clash that often triggers insurance claims of property damage, defamation,
injury, or in the worst-case scenario – loss of life. Events that
trigger these insurance claims will result in a downgrade to speculative or
junk of the venued municipal bond that granted the permit in the first place.
For these purposes, the event organizers will receive an auto-generated lower SoJOR.
Other non-exempt events include
labor/management strikes and it's cascading effect.
Time Share plans and dwellings are not exempt.
