Can We as Americans, eliminate racism as being customary

and move it to being rare?

_______________

Put another way, how do we close the gulf between the reality of our racist divide and the model found in our Bill of Rights?

In dealing with the racial component of ESG, it is past time that ‘racism’ be included in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as a psychiatric illness. Here is why:  It begins with verbal expression of antagonism, then devolves down into avoidance of consumers of disliked groups, then to active discrimination against them, then to physical attacks, and finally to extermination (lynchings, massacres, genocide, police killings).  Clearly, anyone who victimizes a whole group of consumers and seeks to eliminate them to resolve his or her internal conflicts, shortcomings, or different religious beliefs meets the criteria for a delusional psychotic disorder; a major psychiatric illness.

If the global economy is a race to improve human existence and to win that race we need to be firing on all cylinders; every NASCAR fan knows the race will result in crash-ups and injuries if we go slow because every cylinder is not firing. It is the same with our economy. Intake is demand. Compression is the backorder. Thus, all of our power must be concentrated to exert thrust for efficiency and this will lower our gini coefficient and therefore dispense less exhaust.

This 'Roadway to the Driveway' action plan seeks to shine a light on the behavior of each consumer’s own internal conflicts, teachings, beliefs, and prejudices where the overriding objective is to self-reflect and become less paranoid of people who self-identify as a race or group of people other than your own —and therefore, less prejudiced. There are rules of the road that we all abide by that result in racially integrated highways – we can do the same at the driveways and homes of America. This is how we begin to end apartheid America and close the income inequality gap.

It's important to note that improving your Social Justice Outerchange Rating (SOJOR) is a bit like getting out of the ease of your comfort zone: It requires you to understand that racism and bigotry is a learned behavioral dysfunctional or unhelpful behavior.  None of us are born with this psychiatric illness. Therefore, you have to unlearn it. Ginicoe calls you to a higher duty to yourself and to our Country to live up to the words of our Bill of Rights. Donate here to help.

Scarcity is the basis of value. Thus, necessary for the safe and efficient operation of Ginicoe’s overriding legitimate business necessity to Reduce Income Inequality by using Facial Recognition During Financial Transactions - there exists for Ginicoe’s members - to actively recruit members from the scarce protected group.

Scarce PLAHNET52 (P52) who live within 3-4 houses or apartments on either of four sides of those who commonly are more apt to live in clustered housing will improve your Social justice Pricing Score.

DEFINITIONS

Protected Groups are defined in the remaining total as PLAHNET52

Pacific Islander Americans                           Hasidic Jews

LGBTQIA2S+                                               Hispanic-Americans

African Americans                                      Native Americans

Alaska Native Corporations                          Ex-Offenders

Alaska Natives                                             Tribal entities

Asian                                                            52 (5A’s & 2H’s)

Asian Indians                                                See 15 C.F.R. § 1400.1e.g.                                                                                 immigrants,  Muslims, disabled,                                                                           etc.

Conversely, clustered PLAHNET52 members also must perform the same as is the case in The District of ColumbiaHousing integration or gentrification similar to Albany, NY will serve the economic consideration of Ginicoe’s members to close the income gap by harmonizing home equity thereby improving your SoJOR.

There is no quick way to fix your SoJOR. In fact, out of all of the ways to improve an SJS score, quick-fix efforts are the most likely to backfire – because by definition income inequality resulting from racism and bigotry has its roots before our Constitution was signed, so beware of any advice that claims to improve your SoJOR fast if you just change your mailing address or similar.

The best advice for improving your social justice score is to manage it responsibly over time and be willing to take the risk. In the end, you will have reduced political risk, social and political violence, and macroprudential risk for your neighborhood, your diaspora, and our Country.

4 Important Things You Can Do Right Now

If you haven't done so yet, you need to review your (1)  housing profile and (2)  positive verbal conversation with a consumer who identifies as a race other than your own. Also review your (3)  occupation, and your (4)  income, before you see improvements in your social justice score.

The following tips will help you with that. They are divided into categories based on the data used to calculate your Social Justice Outerchange Rating (SoJOR).

         How to improve my

Social Justice Outerchange Rating

(SoJOR) ®

1.  Housing Profile

Contributing 55% to your SoJOR is this category. It has the greatest effect on improving your score.  There is a direct correlation between homeownership and building wealth.  Scarce PLAHNET52 (P52) who live within 2-3 houses or apartments on either of four sides of those who commonly are more apt to live in clustered housing will improve your Social Justice Rating.

Historical problems of racially segregated Congressional Districts, States, Counties, Municipalities, Political Subdivisions, Townships, Schools, Village bonds, Public Utilities, Special Tax Districts, or entire MSA’s (CRA assessment area) neighborhoods, streets, blocks, apartment buildings, apartment floors, houses, neighbors, roommates, and families result in clustered living conditions ripe for unequal appraisals.

America has not always been like this. From 1863, the reconstruction era, through 1910, a period of about 50 years, there was integrated housing in America. For 1 or 2 generations that is what normal looked like.  Baltimore was the first city to experiment with measures to enforce residential segregation in 1910. It designated all-white and all-black blocks in areas where individuals of both races lived apart.

Other examples of geographic pricing is: In-State versus Out-of-State tuition; Taxi/Uber zone prices; Surge pricing; Airline passenger seats, Orchestra seats; Car Insurance (Geo); SALT Tax; Ironworks;  pharmaceuticals in Canada; hotel rates, FreshPlumAmazon, Staples and videogame store Steam all vary their price by geographic location some by as much as 166% (offered as a discount and never a surcharge).

Gasoline pricing is zone based on a complex and secret weighting of attributes:

Number of competing stations               Number of vehicles                      Average traffic flow                                Population density

Geographic characteristics

There are 12 regional judicial circuits each with their own damage awards, fees, etc.

There are (12) twelve Federal Reserve Bank Districts.  These decentralized district boundaries were based on prevailing trade regions that existed in 1913 and related economic considerations. As a result, they do not necessarily coincide with State lines.

Examples of race-based pricing is found here.

2.  Positive Verbal Conversation

Contributing 35% to your SoJOR. Simply by downloading the Ginicoe App and enabling the voice interactive slider along with googlemaps (TM) enabled you and a would-be neighbor can both increase your SJS score. Conversely, if the verbal conversation is not good, you can also submit a bad review regarding that would be neighbor. Your membership ID is used for tracking and your enabled conversation score history can easily be tracked on your dashboard.  You may turn it off or on.  It is your choice.  Here are the metrics for your

How often is verbal scoring updated?  once a month

You can generally expect your score to update at least once a month, but it can be more frequently if you have multiple verbal communication reviews. Each time any one of your reviewers sends us information — your score may refresh.

Other examples of positive verbal conversation: is at your place of worship. BTW:  You earn 2x points for positive conversations on your day of worship. Ironically, this is the most segregated day of the week!

3.  Occupation

Contributing 5% to your SoJOR. Once we verify and authenticate your reported occupation your SJP score will be adjusted accordingly. 4.  Income

Contributing 5% to your SoJOR. Once we verify and authenticate your reported total net worth your SoJOR will be adjusted accordingly. Here is a use case:

If Your gross income is greater than $130,000 usd = You will earn a Lower Score

If Your gross income is less      than $130,000 usd = You will earn a Higher Score

Other examples of "segmentation pricing" such as Income social justice pricing are wealth advisors, financial planners, sliding scales, co-pays, deductibles, assets under management, houses of worship collect a tithe, child adoption agencies, lawyers receive 33.3% of your damage award from contingency fee pricing, state lottery agents, ESG ratings, risk assessments, political violence insurance (PVI) carriers, Get a rate based on you aka DriveWise (Allstate TM), and many others.

Exclusions and Limitations from your SoJOR Housing Score

As a reminder, your housing component makes up over half, or 55% of your SoJOR rating. Consumers who are in the listed 'exclusion' category will never fall below 580.  However, all consumers are encouraged to improve their housing scores.  Consumers who enjoy this exempt safeguard may opt-in and participate to help our Nation become a more perfect union, pursuant to the guidelines above.

-Tribal Lands

-Ancestral Grounds

-Corporations that purchase single-family homes e.g.

-Strategic Acquisition       -Blackstone Subsidiary Invitation Homes

-Colony Capital                -Starwood Waypoint Management

-Farmers, including Family Farms

A family farm is excluded. It is any farm in which the majority of the business is owned by an operator and any individuals related to them by blood, marriage, or adoption, including relatives who do not live in the operator’s household.

A ranch is also excluded. It is by most definitions defined as between 400 to 500 acres or more in size, and devoted primarily to livestock (although there is some variation depending on the region and how it's managed). In some areas, a ranch may have a specific legal definition. At least two vaqueros also meet our exclusion criteria.

Also excluded is

-       Natural Disaster Rebuilding due to Fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, tsunamis, mudslides, and similar housing and community natural disasters. Victimized consumers are exempt for 36 months after FEMA closes the case.

-       Senior Citizens age 80 or older

-       Disabled Veterans

-       Episodes of extreme, unusual weather or other natural events that create a natural environment ripe for conflict or large-scale humanitarian crises of human migration & refugee relocation are also exempt.

-       Dedicated commercial property (mixed-use is not exempt), mobile & trailer homes, group homes, on-campus student housing, correctional facilities, military bases, health care facilities, temporary lodging, hotels, motels, and shelters are all also exempt.

                          //////////////////////////////////////////

NOT Excluded From your Housing Score

    -   Man-made Disasters – when an event organizer is granted a permit to protest, assemble, parade, rally, march, chant, sing, display slogans, sit-in, picket, demonstrate, participate in the blockade of food, medical, or political expression on land, air, or sea or technology or other forms of expression and if that organizer is racially or ethnically or religiously controversial and/or targeted against or in favor of PLAHNET52, then the reality is such that opposing demonstrators invariably will contest or clash one another. It is that clash that often triggers insurance claims of property damage, defamation, injury, or in the worst-case scenario – loss of life.  Events that trigger these insurance claims should result in a downgrade to speculative or junk of the venued municipal bond that granted the permit in the first place. For these purposes, the event organizers will receive an auto-generated lower housing score.
