You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our
Brand's marketing campaign, tag lines, advertising, media creation on social
media platforms and beyond. Responding

This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
0. Conduct consultative sales meetings to uncover pain
points and provide solutions to SMB’s.
1. Prospecting for new customers as well as maintaining
relationships with current customers.
2. Create Deliverables such as an IG story, IG reel, TikTok
Video, YouTube integration or a Dedicated Video.
3. Campaign Execution that shows value and benefits to our
niche.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Drive and motivation to meet sales KPI’s.
6. Optimize our Website that impacts performance.
7. SEO Optimization.
8. Reply to Customer Reviews.
9. Manage our FAQ page.
10. Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure that you are
meeting our KPIs and targets.
Educational Qualification:
College is helpful, but not necessary.
Should have a significant following established.
Should be comfortable with video, speaking, and communicating effectively.
Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
· Experience working and generating new business in an autonomous B2B client-facing role without supervision.
· Have a deep understanding of SaaS and the ability to build their own prospect list.
· Drive and motivation to meet sales KPI's.
· Ability to close deals quickly.
· Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales.
· Possess a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures.
Additional Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
·
Up to 2 years of sales experience.
·
Proven record of prospecting and cold calling
& emailing experience.
· Tech savvy.
·
Valid driver's license and clear driving record
required, no multiple infractions within the last 12 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3+ years of outside sales experience.
· Proven success in new business acquisitions.
·
Experience in up-selling Software Solutions.
·
Desire to achieve and be competitive with an
optimistic attitude.

PERFORMANCE BASED: This is a variable amount of money that you, the influencer earns, based on the engagement of your content as relates to
1. new merchant downloads.
2. new consumer SignUps.
3. new or recurring donations.
4. Onboarding of "A" Talent recruitment and cascading training for (i) software sales or (ii) customer service manager.
5. Likes, shares, and saves that your posts get in correlation to your number of followers.
You will be permitted and encouraged to reply to comments, reviews, and supply website blogging that advances any of the above metrics.
Your performance engagement-based commission is calculated using the predefined formula of merchant downloads, consumer SignUps, donations, Recruitement, your reply to comments divided by the number of followers. You are paid on the 15th of every month.
*MERCHANT DOWNLOADS
A. As SSMM you will earn $0.20 for every new merchant download from our link.
$0.20 for every POS merchant download click to conversion = In the United States, there are 10 million payment terminals, over 60% currently are dial-up terminals. POS terminals have a long shelf life, on average of 8 years.
Ex: 5 million downloads * .20 = $1Million in your procket
*CONSUMER SIGNUP
B. As SSMM you will earn $0.10 for every new consumer SignUp submitted and approved. In 2020, there were 258.3 million adults 18yrs and up, or 77.9%, of the 331.4 million people living in the United States. This was a 10.1% increase from 2010, when there were 234.6 million adults.
Ex: 10 million new SignUp * .10 = $1Million in your pocket
*DONATIONS
C. As SSMM you will earn 1% of every new or recurring donation generated from your content and best efforts.
Ex: $100Million donation * 1% = $1Million in your pocket
*RECRUITMENT
D. As SSMM you will earn 1.75% of every new sales closed by the software salesperson.
As SSMM your will earn .10 for every call into the call center that is successfully closed with zero revision work or callbacks from the customer. The formula is new calls / calls closed.
