We Are a Purpose Driven Company

We provide a powerful security tool known as 'Friendly Face™,' utilizing voluntarily submitted pre-authenticated data from consumers. This tool is designed to seamlessly integrate into your Point-of-Sale (POS), Desktop, or eCommerce platform. By adopting this solution, your business will take a proactive role in neighborhood revitalization. You will collect a small Social Justice fee (often times no more than a restaurant tip) that effectively tackles income inequality and residential racial injustices.

Moreover, our Friendly Face technology will significantly reduce or eliminate fraud, refunds, and lost inventory risks at every point of sale within your ecosystem. This is not just an option; it is our distinct and compelling unique selling proposition (USP) that will set you apart in the marketplace.

Key Findings on Social Justice in Retail

Recent surveys indicate that retail merchants are increasingly adopting social justice roles, driven by both consumer demand and a perceived responsibility to act. Key findings show that 87% of retailers believe taking a stand on social issues is worth the risk, with 83% agreeing that failing to do so could negatively impact their bottom line.

Consumer Expectations & Loyalty: Consumers are significantly more likely to support, trust, and remain loyal to brands that promote social justice, with a 3:1 margin favoring such companies. In fact, 61% of consumers are more likely to recommend brands that align with their social values.

Key Social Issues: Retailers are focusing on several critical areas, including racial inequality and discrimination (72%), voting rights and ballot access (77%), and community support.

Motivations for Action: Beyond financial gain, 61.5% of independent vendors surveyed cited making a difference in their community as a primary reason for their SoJOR involvement.

Risks and Challenges: While 70% of consumers want brands to take a stand on social/political issues, 53% suspect companies do so for marketing purposes ("woke-washing"), and 35% perceive it as "jumping on the bandwagon".

Generational Drivers: Over 75% of Gen Z consumers are willing to sever relationships with brands that hold views perceived as unethical, such as racism or homophobia.

Operational Integration: Retailers are integrating social justice into their core operations, such as Friendly Face Technology, which 45% of consumers believe is an active responsibility for retailers.

How do we do help you?

  • How do we reduce or eliminate card fraud at your Point-of-Sale?

Answer:  You compare the validated facial image transmitted to your POS against the card holder standing in front of you. You can either permit or deny the transaction.

  • How do we reduce or eliminate your chargeback expense due to fraud?

Answer:  Fees amounting to loss revenue are charged against from your bank or payment processor once a card holder files a dispute with their card issuer. These fees can range from a few dollars to a percentage of the transaction amount. Fee reversals back to you are rare.  As experts in this space, we know that your margins are slim. Once you are a victim of fraud, few retailers ever have the interchange fee on the transaction reversed. Few have the association's assessment refunded. We take the sting out of this for you and free you up to running your business. We prevent these fees if fraud is involved.

  • How do we reduce identity theft against you and your cardholders?

Answer:  After DOGE leaked everyone’s data out in the wild, there has been a significant uptick in identity theft.

Financial Losses & Chargebacks to you are the result. Fraudsters use stolen identities to make unauthorized purchases, leaving merchants like you with lost goods and service plus bank-enforced chargebacks.

Reputational Damage: A breach of trust can lead to a loss of customers and long-term damage to your business’ brand.

Business Identity Theft: Criminals may impersonate a merchant to open credit lines, take out loans, or file false tax returns, potentially making principles liable for debts.

Increased Costs: The high cost of fraud forces merchants to raise prices, within the backdrop of tariffs and a Middle East war that affects all card holders".

Legal and Regulatory Consequences: Non-compliance with data protection laws can result in heavy fines, such as those from the FTC.

Our Identity verification software is PCI DSS compliant and shifts the power away from the dispute process and back to you to permit or deny the transaction.

  • How do we reduce or eliminate time spent on fighting disputes?

Answer:  Operational Disruptions: Merchants often need 100–200 hours to resolve identity theft issues, diverting resources and employee time away from productive tasks. Manhours used to track the receipts, timestamps, cashiers, bank statements, processing fees, risk category, interviews, and perhaps old video footage, in the case of friendly fraud. And more times than not, merchants still lose the dispute.  As a Ginicoe participant, we take care of all that for you. Just Login to your dashboard, search by date, location, amount, or cardholder data in question, and Bingo! Everything is at your fingertips including a face of the authorized card holder.

  • How do we guarantee you will save 20% or more on your fraud expense?

Answer:  Economies of scale. We are experts in this space. We love saving our merchant participants money and fighting fraudsters.

  • How do we increase your revenue due to income inequality?

Answer:  We collect a small fee, often no more than a restaurant tip, called a Friendly Face SoJOR fee. The amount of the fee collected is solely dependent on the cardholder’s behavior and verified profile. We then split the fee with you.

  • How do we give you cashback every month based on your sales volume?

Answer:  We split our Friendly Face SoJOR fee with you. You may redeem or donate your split on the 12th of every month or allow it to accumulate.

  • What price will I pay?

Answer: We have customized solutions for every merchant tier and risk category from convenience stores and bodegas to big box warehouse card points, petroleum stations, and every body in between. Signup today to learn exactly what your price and savings will be. Once you select, your price point, you get started same day. It’s up to you.

Tell Me More

We electronically transmit a true, pre-authenticated and accurate biometric facial image of the true authorized cardholder directly to your POS display[1]. This empowers you, the merchant, to compare and contrast in real time the person standing in front of you with the pre-authenticated image. You then enjoy the power to permit or deny the transaction.

Our SaaS complies with card system operating rules - in particular industry mandated PCI-DSSv04, Visa’s Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP), and MasterCard’s Site Data Protection Program (SDP) and military grade encryption standards.

We enhance the EMV chip that is vulnerable. Did you know that most of the major data breaches have been engineered through malware? Chip-and-pin technology alone would not have prevented them. See the

Ø Target Data Breach up to 40 million cards breached.

Ø The UPS data breach that has impacted over 100,000 consumer transactions at 51 UPS franchises.

Ø Supervalu Inc data breach at their POS affecting 180 stores and 40 million consumers.

PINs are vulnerable because they are limited to debit cards. Unfortunately, PIN is over 50 years old. Worse, the bad guys simply select credit at your card reader and bypass PIN. We fix this for you.

Signatures are vulnerable because they are only for credit cards. This means anyone can sign the card reader. We fix this for you.

When a data breach of a 3rd party occurs - like what happened at DOGE exposing data of nearly the entire U.S. population or MC2 exposing 106 million Full Names, Emails, IP Addresses, DOB, Partial Payment Details, Home Addresses, Phone numbers, Employment and legal histories, Property Records, Family, relatives and neighbors data, and passwords.

Armed with this stolen data - the bad guys simply open up a new charge card. Now this does not directly include you - Never-the-less you get pulled into this because the bad guys pick your store to buy stuff using the new charge card – because they found out that you have NOT SignUp yet with Ginicoe. That's not fair to you. We fix this for you Signup as a participant merchant.

Why Would Card Holders Do Business with Me?

As previously stated, consumer preference show that our Social Justice purpose driven company impacts purchase decisions. Did you know that 78% of exit survey respondents indicated they are more likely to remember a company with a strong Purpose. Porter Novelli’s 2021 Purpose Perception Study

Our Social Justice purpose is to reduce income inequality through integrating home ownership.  Social justice can help merchants in a number of ways, including:

  • Increasing customer loyalty: Consumers are more likely to buy from companies that align with their values. For example, 42% of consumers are more likely to buy from a brand that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
  • Improving profitability: Research shows that companies with effective Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are more profitable.
  • Attracting talent: Talented employees are more likely to work for socially responsible employers, even if it means a lower salary.
  • Demonstrating purpose: Corporate giving is a way for companies to show their commitment to their employees, customers, and the communities they serve.
  • Raising awareness: Consumers believe that brands are raising awareness about just causes.
  • Educating consumers: Consumers believe that brands are educating them on important topics.
  • Social justice is a political and philosophical movement that aims to create a more fair and equal society by addressing historical injustices and directing resources to underserved communities.

_____________

Why is social justice important for business?

People associate products from a sector they align with their values. In addition, they are willing to pay extra for such products. Likewise, talents prefer to work for socially responsible employers, even if it means a pay cut. Intentional civil equity is also one of the best ways to help local and global communities.

Why social impact is good for business?

Social impact is vital for businesses as it builds brand reputation, fosters customer loyalty, attracts and retains talent, and can lead to sustainable business growth.

As a merchant – Why should I care about racially integrating housing?

When working households, retirees and others can comfortably meet basic costs associated with local housing, they have more time, money and energy to invest locally. There are less political violence and improved trust. This leads to less traffic, more stability, and engaged residents. Gentrification increase retail activity in general, especially the number of grocery stores and restaurants, and the types of products offered. This is because new residents have higher incomes and diverse needs and are ready to spend on groceries and restaurants. Think of the kosher or international food section located in many grocery stores today.

As a merchant – Why should I care about income inequality?

As the middle class is depleted, retailers and manufacturers reap less revenue and respond by dropping their least-profitable products. You end up offering fewer products and product lines in roughly the same number of stores. Think Family Dollar. Income inequality leads to fewer kinds of products available to all shoppers and less revenue to you.

In June 2025 DOGE mishandled and transferred a live copy of your data to an unsecured cloud server.  Coincidentally, there has been a significant uptick in identity theft and related data compromises from June 2025 through early 2026, with the year 2025 setting new records for data breaches and on pace to be a record-breaking year for identity theft reports.  The second half of 2025 saw credit card fraud remains as the top concern, with a 54% year-over-year increase in reported cases.

Data from the Bureau of Justice Statistics shows that households earning at least $200,000 per year have the highest prevalence of identity theft.  This is consistent with our internal research revealing that more precise targeted, and harder-to-detect attacks occur in affluent suburbia zip codes with specific income brackets, targeting high net worth individuals who often have increased social media exposure. These bad guys may walk into your store attempting to impersonate the Ginicoe card holder.

But once you SignUp as a participant with us, then you will begin to rebalance the clustered affluent cardholders and the bad guys will move on to the unsigned merchant and you and your customers are protected against refunds, chargebacks, and inventory loss due to fraud.
