Alphabet, Discord, Douyin, Instagram, Kuashou, Line, LinkedIn, Messenger, Pinterest , QQ, Quora, Reddit, Sina Weibo, Snapchat, Telegram, Threads, TikTok, Tumblr, Twitch, WeChat, WhatsApp, X, YouTube, ...and others.
Preparing and implementing advertising campaigns.
0. Develop a creator or business account.
1. Organize a Pre-Launch Giveaway
2. Create Deliverables such as an IG story, IG reel, TikTok Video, YouTube integration or a Dedicated Video.
3. Campaign Execution that shows value and benefits to our niche.
4. Analyze campaign performance to course correct as needed.
5. Create a Referral Program
6. Optimize our Website that impacts performance.
7. Establish Relationships With other Influencers and Social Justice Humanitarians.
8. Reply to Customer Reviews on Reddit, and other media to increase value of brand and good will.
9. Manage our FAQ page.
10. Perform Email Marketing and use of other sales tools accordingly.
College is helpful, but not necessary.
Should have a significant following established.
Should be comfortable with video, speaking, and communicating effectively.
Should be able to travel and/or fly as needed.
Strong experience in software sales to specific verticals will be afforded significant deference. e.g. banking, retail, eCommerce, Fintech, Healthcare, etc.
Ability to put forth a marketing and promotion campaign via clear, concise, correct, and compelling written, video, audio, oral, or combination thereof where your quality of content and engagement rate matter.
Having a deep understanding of social media and audio trends.
Having experience with analytics tools and platforms.
Know how to close a deal.
Ability to write a marketing plan is A+.
Ability to identify C-suite decesion makers to funnel sales using LinkedIn or similiar tools.
We are not overly concerned with your follower rate. We focus on the quality of content and your engagement rate.

PERFORMANCE BASED: This is a variable amount of money that you, the SSMM earns, based on the engagement of your content as relates to
1. New merchant downloads.
2. New consumer SignUps.
3. New or recurring donations,
4. Onboarding of "A" Talent recruitment for (i) software sales or (ii) customer service manager.
5. Likes, shares, and saves that your posts get in correlation to the number of followers that you have.
You will be permitted and encouraged to reply to comments, reviews, and supply website blogging that advances any of the above metrics that impact your compensation.
Your performance engagement-based commission is calculated using the predefined formula of merchant downloads, consumer SignUps, donations, recruitment, your reply to comments divided by the number of followers. You are paid on the 15th of every month.
*MERCHANT DOWNLOADS
A. As SSMM you will earn $0.20 for every new merchant download from our link.
$0.20 for every POS merchant download click to conversion = In the United States, there are 10 million payment terminals, over 60% currently are dial-up terminals. POS terminals have a long shelf life, on average of 8 years.
Ex: 5 million downloads * .20 = $1Million in your pocket.
*CONSUMER SIGNUP
B. As SSMM you will earn $0.10 for every new consumer sign-up submitted and approved. In 2025, there were 258.3 million adults 18yrs and up, or 77.9%, of the 331.4 million people living in the United States. This was a 10.1% increase from 2020, when there were 234.6 million adults.
Ex: 10 million new SignUp * .10 = $1Million in your pocket
*DONATIONS
C. As SSMM you will earn 1% of every new or recurring donation generated from your content and best efforts.
Ex: $100Million donation * 1% = $1Million in your pocket
*RECRUITMENT
D. As SSMM you will earn 1.75% of every new sale closed by the software salesperson.
As SSMM your will earn .10 for every call into the call center that is successfully closed with zero revision work or callbacks from the customer. The formula is new calls / calls closed.
