Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Ginicoe is the nation’s leading provider of quality data around the country’s P52 and income inequality issues. The Company is charged with collecting and analyzing data-driven insights to reduce and/or manage political, social, and macro-prudential risk based on individual behavior grounded in patented biometric facial recognition at every electronic financial transactions, through analysis of a multitude of complex survey datasets.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:                     

Design and execute enterprise-level strategies to increase market share, enter new markets, and develop new products.


Cross-Functional Alignment: 

Unify marketing, sales, brand recognition, pricing and products that directly drive revenue, which creates a seamless end-to-end customer journey.


Market Analysis: 

Monitor competitor activities, consumer trends, and market dynamics to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.


Customer Acquisition & Retention: 

Oversee programs that drive demand generation, boost customer loyalty, and minimize churn.


Data-Driven Decision Making: 

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics to measure the ROI of growth initiatives and optimize resources. 


Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.


Experience Requirements

10+ years in senior leadership roles within business development, marketing, sales, or operations.

Experience in social justice or ESG or social impact.  

Go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution.  


Additional Requirements

Excellent cross-functional leadership, data analysis, contract negotiation, and strategic planning. 

Experience in SaaS closings is A+.

Experience in E-Banking or E-Payments or Biometrics is A+.

Experience in attracting donations from high net worth (HNW) donors is A+.


Compensation & Benefits

Nego; or


Cmsn + Bonus; or


Salary/Hourly Rate- $70 - $80 Hourly, DOE


Contract Type – W2, C2C, OR 1099

DURATION:
Months/Years- 6 Months, Contract-to-Hire (Maternity Leave Coverage)
